Project Summary: The purpose of this project is to gather and analyze data that addresses inefficiencies to eliminate waste and improve quality for the EMS system. The data will be collected and analyzed to gain a better understanding of the EMS operations flow through a strategic options development workshop.

Developing the 2025-2029 Michigan Truck Safety Strategic Plan

Project Summary: This project aims to update the 2020-2024 MTSC Strategic Plan for the years 2025-2029 and recommend strategies and countermeasures to reduce the number of commercial motor vehicle-involved crashes, fatalities, and injuries. All the quantitative data will be gathered from several sources, such as the MSP Criminal Justice Information Center, the Federal Highway Administration, and published research literature. The quantitative data will be statistically analyzed to show recent updates. The qualitative data will be gathered at the proposed Strategic Planning Workshop.
